Choose from water-based formulas that dry more quickly and save you time, as well as having a lower impact on the environment, or paint that lasts longer so you don’t have to repaint as often.

Choosing products with a positive difference

When it comes to decorating, choosing meaningful colour and easy-to-apply formulations aren’t the only way to boost your sense of wellbeing. Opting for products that are less harmful for your home environment, as well as less harmful to the world around us, is the other.

All of our paints are vegan and across every formulation, KONTA PAINT has been working hard to move away from solvent-based paints and to introduce more water-based products. Trace amounts of solvents from earlier in the supply chain can often be found in paints and as a result, we will never claim our paints are 100% solvent-free. However, all Dulux interior emulsion paints are water-based and contain less VOC (volatile organic compounds), so they’ll produce less emission and have less odour. That means cleaner air while you decorate, and a cleaner option for the planet, too.

INDUSTRIAL COATING

Moder, ecological, water-based coating material used for interior painting – plasters, dry masonry, plasterboard, wood, wallpaper, … The coating has a high whiteness, hiding power, is abrasion resistant and vapor permeable. Is produced in modern pastel shades for direct use. Lighter shades can be achieved by mixing with white paint colors DECORHIT 2 in various proportions. The material should not come in contact with food, fodder, drinking water and paints for children’s furniture and toys.

ELITE FAUX FINISH

Deeply fixing impregnator, used for porous silicate surfaces, such as concrete, lime, lime-cement and lime-sand plasters, or porous concrete. Its composition and grain size enables for DECORHIT P to impregnate deeply into porous of silicate surfaces, increases its firmness and decrease absorption. It is used for stabilization old, weathered plaster, or concrete, or as a primer for dispersion paints and plasters on new surfaces, to decrease their absorption. Water dispersion of acrylic polymers with special additives.
