ThermoVital effectively reduces the risk of mold growth without the need for fungicidal additives

Mold can pose serious health risks, as even small amounts of spores can trigger allergic reactions and larger quantities can harm living organisms. Fungi require food and moisture to grow, making moisture levels crucial in buildings. While temperature and pH levels play a role, fungi can thrive in a wide range of conditions.

Our approach to mold removal is systematic:

1. VitalAktiv Mold Remover: Targets visible mold cultures

Apply VitalAktiv to discolored spots and allow it to sit for approximately 25 to 30 minutes.

2. VitalPrevent Mold Spores Remover: Addresses air and secondary contamination

Spray VitalPrevent in the room to deactivate spores. Furniture should remain in place during the 120-minute treatment. Depending on the level of contamination, remove any contaminated wall coverings and repeat step one.

3. ThermoVital Interior Coating: Long-lasting, non-toxic protection against mold

To prevent mold growth long-term, apply ThermoVital to walls. This coating contains microscopic ceramic bubbles, acrylic polymers, pigments, and activators that create a moisture-regulating membrane upon application. This membrane helps regulate humidity, is vapor-permeable, and supports moisture transport from walls and ceilings. Proper ventilation is still essential. Apply ThermoVital in two layers with a 6-hour drying time between each layer.
